Getting to ONE (Order): How IATA is Streamlining Air Retailing and What It Means for Stakeholders

With New Distribution Capability (NDC) now in play, IATA is taking the next step to modernize the industry’s air retailing model. The goal is to eliminate the many steps one has to take in the order fulfillment process to just have a single Customer Order record. Essentially, a super passenger name record (PNR) where all vendors can see and share information related to a single order in the air travel cycle.
