Vice President of Client Relationship Management
Matthew Patterson is Vice President of Client Relationship Management for Advito. Matthew oversees engagements with both clients and prospects to ensure the delivery of solutions that generate significant ROI and to foster long-term relationships. Matthew has 26 years of travel industry experience, including over 13 years in consulting.
Before joining Advito, Matthew held client leadership and consulting positions at Accenture, American Express and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. At Accenture, he was a key contributor for their travel practice product development and core methodology enhancements. He was also their Air Practice Tower Lead.
As Director of Client Solutions for American Express, Matthew was tasked with establishing and executing premium revenue growth strategies and account level financial enhancements. And in his time with Carlson Wagonlit Travel, he was a key member of the development of Carlson Solutions’ Air practice. He’s served on the GBTA Aviation Committee and has been a frequent industry speaker on airline sourcing and optimization best practices.
Matthew earned his undergraduate degree from Bethel University and his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He’s based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
